For example, when constructing photovoltaic systems in coastal areas, all structural components should be made of galvanized steel or aluminum because these materials have high corrosion resistance. Among them, aluminum alloy brackets have become one of the popular products in the photovoltaic bracket market due to their lightweight, corrosion resistance, and easy installation characteristics.

According to whether the bracket angle can be freely adjusted in the later stage, it can be divided into fixed brackets and tracking brackets. Among them, fixed brackets can be further subdivided into fixed brackets and fixed adjustable brackets, while tracking brackets can be further subdivided into single axis tracking brackets and dual axis tracking brackets. At present, fixed brackets occupy the mainstream position in China, and tracking brackets have a high penetration rate in overseas markets.

According to the application scenarios of photovoltaic brackets, they can be further divided into three categories: ground brackets, roof brackets, and suspension brackets.

(1) Ground support

This bracket directly installs the solar panels on the ground, achieving integration between the ground and the bracket through special design. Suitable for flat areas, large solar photovoltaic power plants and buildings, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rain, widely used in agriculture, industrial parks and other scenarios, as well as natural spaces such as forests and grasslands.

Ground brackets can be divided into two types based on their structure: buried photovoltaic brackets and upright photovoltaic brackets. Buried photovoltaic brackets are suitable for large solar photovoltaic power stations and other places, while upright photovoltaic brackets are suitable for areas with small terrain fluctuations, such as deserts, mountainous areas, etc.

(2) Roof support

Suitable for residential, commercial buildings and other places, it can install solar photovoltaic modules on the roof without occupying ground space.

(3) Suspension bracket

This type of bracket suspends solar panels on steel wire ropes or brackets in high altitude to achieve maximum sunlight exposure. Suspended photovoltaic brackets are suitable for urban spaces such as buildings and bridges, and are suitable for external walls, balconies, and other places of buildings. They can suspend solar photovoltaic modules on the external walls of buildings without occupying ground space.
