Project background

The project plans to use the roof of the factory building for the construction of industrial and commercial photovoltaic power stations, with a photovoltaic usage area of approximately 3500 square meters. 807 pieces of 645 tile components are laid on the roof, with a total installed capacity of 520.515kWp. After completion, the expected service life is 25 years, and the annual photovoltaic power generation can reach 470200 kilowatt hours, reducing carbon emissions by 405 tons per year. According to the current (November 2023) electricity price, the total revenue for 25 years has reached 7.9825 million yuan

Project background

Affected by the recent epidemic, many enterprises have encountered development bottlenecks. In this situation, the person in charge of Weifeng Company actively changed their business thinking. After learning that photovoltaic projects can effectively generate considerable income in the long term, I chose to use my company's factory roof for the installation of photovoltaic power stations. The self use electricity can alleviate some of the electricity bill pressure, and the excess electricity can also be converted into direct income, with significant economic benefits.

Project construction

Wujin Weifeng Yarn Weaving Co., Ltd. is located in the old urban area, with complex terrain, many overhead cables nearby, narrow roads, and small construction work areas. It is difficult for large equipment to enter the site for construction, which is not conducive to the progress of construction. In this situation, our company chose to lift materials and components at a single point in a relatively open area during construction, and carried out secondary transportation on the cement roof. Our company's precise control, strict management, and unified organization and deployment ensure that the project progresses smoothly according to the expected time

The factory area includes various forms of roofs, including concrete, glazed tiles, and color steel tiles. The components of the concrete roof are installed in a combination of south and east-west herringbone slopes, maximizing the installed capacity within limited site space. The roof load of glazed tiles and color steel tiles is small. After precise calculation, we have carried out efficient construction within the range that meets the roof's load-bearing capacity, and ensured the safety of the roof and photovoltaic power station.
